These workshops are designed to help you discover, explore, strengthen, and sustain the connection to your creative self. Movement, voice, music, visual art, writing and drama are used to set the stage for creative explorations into the self. In a safe, non-judgmental, highly supportive environment we are able to take creative risks, reveal our truths and flourish creatively. The short-term therapy group, limited in size, is designed to help you find, explore, strengthen, and sustain the connection to your creative self.
We will discover and release the emotional blocks to creativity that keep you feeling stuck, immobilized or estranged from the part of yourself that longs to express, flow, be seen and celebrated.
In a safe, non-judgemental, highly supportive environment we are able to take creative risks, reveal our truth and flourish creatively. The use of writing, art, movement, voice and music assist the exploration shaped directly from the interests and needs of the group.
Confidentiality and a deep respect for each other and our creative process fill the room as we share our discoveries. This is often a vulnerable and scary, yet exciting, space where expansion and breakthroughs may occur. The creative/emotional possibilities are infinite.
